Rygiel-Boyd of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart are defending Watco Companies and Watco Transloading LLC in pending litigation for alleged violations of the Jake Honig Compassionate Use Medical Cannabis Act of New Jersey. The case was filed in the New Jersey District Court on April 21 by the law firm of Christopher Q.
